BioResource for array genes is an online resource for easy access to collective and integrated information from various public biological resources for human and mouse genes. This database is provided by the Arizona Cancer Center Bioinformatics Core. The resource includes information about the genes that are represented in Unigene clusters. The database is dynamically updated twice a week. In addition to human and mouse, support for Rat, Fly, and C.elegans genes has been included recently.

This resource provides interactive tools to selectively view, analyze and interpret gene expression patterns against the background of gene and protein functional information. Different query options are provided to mine the biological relationships represented in the underlying database. The search button will take you to the list of query tools available. To know more about this resource, go to the Overview and the Help section.
